  • Uploading your listing to MLS – the Multiple Listing Service that real estate agents and buyers use to search for properties. I ensure my listings are seen across 21 Ontario wide real estate boards, as well as TREB (Toronto Real Estate Board) which holds the most membership in Ontario
  • Advertising your listing on-line, through multiple sites and Social Media platforms, in order to reach as many buyers as possible
  • Showcasing your listing on my personal website
  • Scheduling and promoting an Open House
  • Responding to any and all enquiries by agents and buyers, in order to entice them to come see your home & to attract a potential offer
  • Deal with all offer negotiations and documentation
  • Ensure a smooth closing

In addition, I meet with buyers regularly. In fact, the moment your house is listed I get in touch with everyone I know who is looking for a property like yours, and encourage them to schedule a viewing. I also tap into my network of other real estate agents so their clients know about your property as well.
